When these commercial pad sites next to our favorite bowling alley in Millcreek (Fat Cats) hit the market - we didn’t hesitate to buy them. We saw it as a unique opportunity in a suburban neighborhood to add some much needed commercial services that could both complement and bolster the success of the adjacent local businesses.


Fat Cats is primarily a night-time activity center. As such, we are purposefully selecting tenants that will activate the site with day time use. In addition, there is a significant amount of medium to high density residential land uses surrounding the property so we’re focused on finding tenants that offer fresh food options and residential services that create the opportunity for a more walkable urban environment.
